Start to a New Year

Well, today is the start of a new year. I am back on my Galloway training plan and have one more workout to complete my first week. As I have mentioned in previous posts, I am using "Galloway's 5K/10K Running" to prepare for the ING 1/2 marathon on March 21st.

I have also decided to get back up to running 1000+ miles a year, it has been quite awhile since I have averaged 21miles a week so it will be a challenge. The new year is a good time to start and I have signed up on the "dailymile" for the 1000+ mile challenge, hopefully that will keep me motivated.

Just Keep Moving!
