I'm a Hoka enthusiast, but I keep...Interesting. I'm a Hoka enthusiast, but I keep my Malfates for running on tarmac. They seem to me too clumsy for trails, and they were so expensive, I don't want to get them muddy or damaged. They also are rather stiff, so my feet don't feel so good in them for longer runs (5+ miles). I treasure them for their cushioning on hard surfaces, especially downhill.
