Even though I have missed two long runs, not totally missed but ran reduced mileage, I seem to still be on schedule with my training plan for the ING 1/2 Marathon.
The race is on the 29th of this month and if my injuries don't get any worse I think I will be OK.
I am thinking of adding the distance and intensity of the Furman FIRST plan into my plan since it has three running days a week also. The intensity is higher than the Galloway 1/2 has, but I think that I can merge both of them together and come out better at the end.
