Stone Mountain/Long Run
Left heel test today. Got through the 7.5 with pain, but it was bearable. Ran and recorded today with Laura.

Short run on the Trail today
Nice easy run in the woods today, seems like I spent a lot of time talking to myself. Felt pretty good today.
