I met my Daughter Laura at the Camp Creek Greenway trail on a hot 101 degree afternoon for and easy one hour run. This is a recording of our conversation during that run. I also mention my new Soft Star RunAmocs and running barefoot. Hope you enjoy our rambling on about mostly nothing.

Hi Ron, I am a new friend on Daily Mile. I have just started listening to your podcasts, and wanted to help with feedback, but actually can't help much because I just really enjoy listening to you and Laura. I can't think of a single suggestion to make. Your podcasts are very distinctive and I don't think you should change a thing. Oh, and I'm already addicted to the sound of the door opening at the start. Please don't ever change that! I also love Krister's "Running the Narrow Path" podcasts. Listening to you both I feel I'm in contact with a very real (and nice)person. Thanks for all the work you put in, Alexandra.
This weekend is state #30 and the destination is Oregon for the Portland Triathlon.
