This Morning was going to be a Race Day
I signed up for the Atlanta Track Club Spring Tune-Up 8K for this morning, but yesterday afternoon I just felt really tired and decided to sleep in this morning. I am just not motivated to run a race this morning, so later on I will get in a 5 mile run, but not at a race pace.
I have had a pretty good running week until this morning, so maybe there will be a race next weekend that I will feel like running. Can always hope that I am in race mode next time around.
