Well I didn't do to good with giving an update for my ING 1/2 Marathon, you can listen to the latest episode of the LostTrailRunner podcast (episode 22) and get the update. It is located at www.losttrailrunner.com.
You can also find it on iTunes. Go to the iTunes store, click on podcasts on the left side of the page, then click on power search on the right side of the page after the podcast page appears, then type in "losttrailrunner" where it asks for title, then hit enter and it should come up.
