This hasn't been a very good running week for me. Time just flew by and then I hadn't run. I am going to get back to managing my run time better going forward (easy to say). I went out to Stone Moutain this morning, but to late for it to be cool outside. I think it was really the humidity today though, the temp was 79 and the humidity was 74%. Anyway I parked on the backside of the mountain and did a slow out and back. I felt pretty good, but was really sweaty. I guess I will do it all over again tomorrow, but longer. Aerobic Points=14.0
