4 X 1 Mile On The Trail
Stone Mountain Trail. Another one of those hot days, so I decided to do something different. I ran my 4 X 1 mile workout on the trail. It made for some slower miles, but not any easier with the temp at 91 degrees with a "feels like" temp of 97. Even though it was hot and humid I felt like I had a pretty good run, but then again I like running on trails anyway. Aerobic Points=20.3

Lilburn 11 Miler
This is one of those runs I almost talked myself out of. Then I decided to just get myself out the door and see what happens. As it turns out I actually did the workout the way I had originally planned. I ran a 4 mile easy warmup, then got in 3 miles on the Parkview High School track at a faster pace, then 4 miles slow to cooldown. I use that term cooldown loosely because it seem pretty warm there at the end. Anyway I got it done and feel good about it. Aerobic Points=35.93
