Stone Mountain/Interval Workout

Not an ideal setting for an interval workout, but still felt pretty good about it. I didn't quite get to the pace I wanted, but if I had been on a track I feel I could have. Did 12 X .25 miles with :30 interval recovery between each. Aerobic points=22.16
