Lilburn 11 Miler

This is one of those runs I almost talked myself out of. Then I decided to just get myself out the door and see what happens. As it turns out I actually did the workout the way I had originally planned. I ran a 4 mile easy warmup, then got in 3 miles on the Parkview High School track at a faster pace, then 4 miles slow to cooldown. I use that term cooldown loosely because it seem pretty warm there at the end. Anyway I got it done and feel good about it. Aerobic Points=35.93
